The Zen seat offers baby a comfortable and very calming spot to sit, rest and play. Soft and cushy materials and fabrics create a cozy nesting place while providing tactile stimulation, and the removable suede pillow gives smaller babies a place to rest their head. Three recline positions and two speeds of vibration can be used either to soothe or energize baby in the best way for his or her developmental age and temperament. And most importantly, the three-point restraint systems keeps baby safe and secure.
Stimulating, Easy-Care Design
Both convenient and fun, the Zen features a swinging overhead mobile with hanging toys, and 10 songs in two musical styles (Zen-like music and lullabies) stimulate baby's auditory sense. Ultra-portable, the Zen has a rear leg that folds flat for effortless storage and there are carry handles to move it from room and room. It's also a snap to clean the machine washable pad.
The Zen requires three "C" batteries (not included).

Don't waste your money
I bought this bouncer mainly for looks. Don't buy it - the vibrations don't work very well at all and I've changed the batteries it doesn't matter. It looks really cute though! Very disappointed.

bulky design
i'm happy i got this seat as a gift because i wouldn't be happy if i had paid for it myself.
my newborn will sit in this seat for no more than 20mins. the little toy that hangs on it is not very functional and gets in the way most of the time. maybe if the colors were brighter it would be more effective. so most of the time we remove it.
the legs on this thing come out farther than the actual seat so it's not the easiest to move from room to room especially if you have your baby in your arms. and when it's not being used, because its got a bulky shape, it's always sticking out in annoying ways. not the most practical if you have a small place.
3 stars for the 20 minute breaks it gives us.

infant seat
Really nice product. Lime green & brown are a nice combination. Too bad the mobile does not move and you can't attach toys. Good for a newborn.

Stuff for my angel
Overall this is a good and sturdy chair for an infant. It has a lot of features that the babies may or may not enjoy, depending on your child. The only downside is the jiggly dragonfly pole that will fall off if not stuck in the hole securely. Make sure that it is always secure. This chair was the best especially when it comes to your baby not tumbling over in it. I even tried my 20 pound nephew in it and it stayed secure. Good buy!

Problematic Design
I bought this chair because it's kind of unique compared to other bouncy seats, but after 4 months of regular use by my twins, I'm not a huge fan. It's okay. It has 3 soothing vibrations speeds and unique music, but there are a number of problems. The first one is that the arm won't stay in the socket and can fall out onto the baby. Next, the footprint of this chair is quite large, especially compared to other chairs. If you notice from the picture, the feet extend beyond the cushion. What this means is that I trip over it periodically. It's also difficult to move quickly due to this wide design and the fact that the arm falls out. My kids loved the dragonfly hanging toy for several weeks when they were about 2 months. It quickly became old after that. I end up putting other toys in the chair to keep them entertained. Finally, this chair sucks down batteries! Now I know many baby products do, but because the vibrations are so quiet, I end up leaving the chair running without a kid. My other vibrating chairs are louder so I remember to turn them off. They need a light or something to remind you the chair is on. Other than those numerous design issues, the chair seems pretty cozy. The seatbelt mechanism works well and holds a baby at a nice angle. I liked this especially for my son who was so little when born because it held him at a bit of an angle but not so much that he squished down too much like when in a car seat. People talk about how the colors are nice, but I still find it way too busy. I think a "Zen" chair would be one solid color. This still has too many colors and textures to really blend into your decor. While this chair isn't awful, I would suggest a bit more research before you buy. I would also encourage you to see it fully assembled at a store to see if you like the design.
