LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!!!
I absolutely LOVE this product!! It gives me peace of mind knowing that there's no germs or anything on my son's bottles when I take them out & prepare them for his milk! I wash all bottles in warm soapy water then rinse them & stick them in the sterilizer! Once they're done & I'm ready to make bottles, I make all 6 bottles to prepare for the night & the next day! It's great to have this & not worry about food particles from your dishwasher getting on the bottles or worrying about if you washed them good enough in the hot water!! Yeah sure you could boil them but you have to wait for the water to boil & have a pot big enough to do the larger bottles! I would totally recommend this product to any expecting mother.

Very happy with the BPA-free version
After reading reviews of the earlier version of this product, which was not BPA-free, I was a bit concerned about safety but that issue has been resolved now that it is BPA-free. The one we bought indicated that it was BPA-free on the box, but if this is not confirmed in the product listing online you should probably check to make sure before ordering to make sure you have the latest one.
One great thing about this product versus microwave sterilzers is that you can have it in a room where there is no microwave (e.g. the nursery) and even potentially take it with you on the road (although it is probably better for a car trip than when flying due to it's size). The instructions say that you should use distilled water and descale it periodically with a bit of vinegar. I haven't found this to be an inconvenience and simply keep a bottle of distilled water next to the machine, but compared to a microwave sterilizer it requires a bit more maintenance.
The 6 minute sterilization cycle (the shorter of the two modes available) works fine and the fact that the bottles stay sterile for 6 hours if you don't open the lid (according to the manual) means that you can have the bottles sterilized and cooled well ahead of time. There's plenty of room in the trays for various bottles parts as well as pacifiers, breast pump pieces, etc. and it does work with non-Avent bottles (we are using Nursin' Smart and they fit fine). It is also very simple to use, with two basic modes and one button used to operate the sterilizer.
Overall, I can't find any problems with this product and am very happy with this purchase.

Easy to use & worry free for the first time parent
Very easy to use and save your time. The entire process takes 6 minuts and use only 3oz of purified water. When the sterilizer is done, it'll notify you. If we forget to add water, the beep sound will warn you (we love this feature) We forgot to add water to the micrewave steriler and Medela freezer caps were melted. We were terrified and replaced all bottles, nipples everything due to the plastic concern. The steam makes everything clean perfectly. We use Dr. Brown & BornFree wide neck bottles. They fit in the racks very well. We stack up everything the way we like and don't worry the design of the racks. My baby is 5 month old and the sterilizer is working very well. We find the best price at Amazon. Highly recommend it for the first time parents!!

Great for nebulizers
I actually use this to clean Pari nebulizers that I use to take inhaled medication every day, and it works great! The other ways to sterilize nebulizers are by either boiling them or using hospital-grade sterilization solutions. Those solutions are expensive, and I've walked away from the stove and melted more than one nebulizer in my time. This is a quick, easy way to keep your nebulizers clean for the next treatment.

This item broke after 2 weeks of use.
This item broke after 2 weeks of use at home. I followed what's been told on the menu. Don't know how it's out of order so soon. The same situation happened in my baby's day-care center. I really doubt the stability of this product.
