We bought this for our 4th baby to use the bassinet next to our bed. Our baby was sleeping 5 hours at a clip in the napper by 2 weeks old, and now at 2 months goes 9 hours. I can’t say it’s ALL because of the newborn napper, but she loves the thing. Very Very comfy for her. Never had any issues with the changing table either. So easy to take apart, and washes wonderfully!

LIFE-SAVER!! Get this for your little one!
The newborn napper was a LIFESAVER for us! After noticing that our little guy slept so comfortably when he was snuggled in his car seat, we decided to try the napper (instead of laying him in the bassinet portion) and it worked like a charm! Our little guy would sleep 7-8 hrs straight, just weeks after he was born. He is 3 months old and still sleeps in his napper at night. We are about to transition him into this crib but for now, why mess with a good thing. :)
And for those that are worried, there is no way that he can roll out of the napper. He'd have to roll up and over.
We love this and it was probably the best purchase we made. We highly recommend it!
The only minor problem is that the changing table does tilt a little bit but you can make it work when they are tiny.

Functional
Our baby is 8 weeks old today, so here's our experience with this so far.

The Pros:
- It's a pack and play
- Being able to raise the floor to use it as a place for a newborn to sleep
- Diaper changer works well
- Diaper organizer gets the job done

The Cons:
- The bassinet got so out of shape from the weight of the baby that after a week he was sleeping in a very uncomfortable position - and therefore not sleeping. We threw it away.
- This thing is heavy. Not something you'll throw on your shoulder and take with you.
- When the floor is raised to use as a place for the newborn to nap, it's sturdy enough to hold his weight, but not nearly as comfortable as a mattress (and I wouldn't expect it to be). He'll take a nap there if he has to, but he won't sleep as long as in his crib.

For the money, if I had to do it over again, I would have gone with the Chicco pack and play, or the bottom of the line Graco. If you need the bassinet and the diaper changing station, spend the extra and get the nice one. If you don't, save a bunch of money and get something cheaper.

We Love It & So Does Baby
I love this pack-n-play. The newborn napper is awesome and our baby loved it - which is pretty awesome as well. Not so easy to put together for the first time. After the initial set-up, it's a cinch to pop up. I've had it now for 6 months and we've traveled with it many times without any problems.

The baby has used the newborn napper, the bassinet, and the crib. All have worked great and I couldn't of asked for a better product.

One problem: the changing station isn't very supportive after the baby reaches around 10 lbs. Our baby kinda rolled to one side because it doesn't have any supports braces. Check out the product picture, you can see what I am talking about.

Overall this is a great investment for any new addition to your family! You and your baby will love it!

Love the napper
We bought both this particular Graco pack n play and an Arms Reach co-sleepers, and we're going to order a second pack n play for our bedroom and put away the co-sleeper for now. I had to deliver early and our baby was considering just borderline preemie, and honestly the napper is the best thing for him to sleep in. The napper is contoured and he can fall asleep in it without any problems and we don't have to worry about him rolling over.

Honestly, babies 'nap' in 2-3 hour spurts, so this unit is great for us. He's only around 6 lbs, so he fits perfectly into the changing station. The changing station is also easy to wipe down and clean for any blow outs and other diaper changing incidents. We installed the bassinet feature underneath and store all our extra clothes, cloths, shirts, blankets etc underneath the napper and changer for easy grabbing access.

There are some faults to this pack n play, but for us this one is perfect. We know we're moving in 6 months time, so this is the perfect 'crib' set until we can get something more permanent.

Perfect for our newborn's needs
We've been using this pack n play since our daughter was born nearly 4 months ago, and it's been an invaluable addition to the home. We've kept it in our bedroom so that we could have the baby near before she graduated to her crib. She slept in the newborn napper for the first two months and seemed extremely comfortable in it. When she got too big for the napper, we removed it and had her sleep in the bassinet, which we still use regularly for naps. I remember reading reviews for this product before registering and being a little concerned about a few that claimed that the changing table tilted. Well, our baby is now well over 10 pounds and the changing table remains sturdy and level. I suspect that those who had complaints may have installed the changing table incorrectly -- the piping needs to be inserted properly.

Great product!
Bought this for use with our infant. Works like a charm. We like the option of raising the "lay down" area so we do not have to continually lean down and in. We do not use the changing platform but when assembling, it did feel sturdy. All in all, great price, great product, great buy!

Good product without the frills
This is exactly what we were looking for. A fairly simple pack n play that is easy to take on the road, but also has the bassinet feature. Its not as fancy as some of the others, but seems to be a little more versatile. Its true what other reviews have said, the diaper changing platform is not very strong at all, it will only work for newborns (probably no more than 10-12 pounds).

Not useful at all
This pack-n-play does not fit through doorways...so you have to disassemble it every time you move it. I can't believe no one commented on that fact. Unless I just have unusually sized doorways? (I think they're pretty standard). The bag it comes in doesn't have handles, so you have to put it in another larger duffle bag of your own if you want to actually travel with it. The mattress isn't comfortable and sags with my 11 pound infant on it. I'm very disappointed with it. Way too bulky and heavy to travel on airplane anywhere. I am going to invest in a smaller, lighter, travel infant bed instead.

Well Designed
The baby just arrived, and as the grammy, I haven't had the opportunity to actually test the Pack 'n Play yet. It's easy to put up and take down, both because of the design and because the instructions are clear. When put away, it needs a bit more than a square foot of floor space, which makes it convenient to store when not in use. When assembled, the bassinet section is large enough to accommodate a toddler. The Pack 'n Play is both sturdy and portable and seems like a good solution for baby care at grammy's house.

Great Item - Depending on Your Circumstances...
The Graco Pack n' Play Playyard is a wonderful item - depending on your circumstances. If you have a two story home, if you travel by car frequently and stay overnight where no crib is available, or if you baby is small to average size, then this item will be quite useful. If you have a one story home, have access to a crib when visiting friends or relatives, or have a baby who weighed at least nine pounds at birth you may have other uses for your nursery dollars.

The bassinet portion of the pack n' play is somewhat small when the changing table has been installed. It works well for newborns or smaller infants; however, if like my grandson, your baby was nine pounds or more at birth, then you will not get much use out of the bassinet. Since that configuration is safe to use only up to fifteen pounds, this equipment feature was only good for the first three months. As a playyard (or playpen, whichever you prefer), I thought this was far to small to be of much use and would not recommend it to anyone who has the extra funds for a regular sized playyard.

The portable crib feature and the changing table addition are two outstanding aspects of this equipment. The pack n' play fold up fairly compactly and can be taken on driving trips when visiting friends or relatives. Because it is familiar to your infant, the disruption he/she feels may be relieved somewhat and you may find it easier to put your child to sleep. The changing table is convenient and is at a comfortable height for most adults. The pockets which are attached to the changing table are somewhat small and one must refill them fairly frequently.

In my opinion, the mobile which comes with the Brentwood is cheap and does not seem to engage an infant. The little teddy bears are too far away for a young baby's vision and the tan color is not vivid so it does not catch an older child's attention. On the other hand, the color scheme is very sophisticated and will coordinate well with homes which have not succumbed to the nursery-colored everything mindset.

I have rated this five stars because we used it in a two story home and it saved a lot of steps. Further, because my daughter will be traveling to visit relatives, this will be handy since none of them have cribs.

One caveat - the Graco sheets for their pack n' plays are overpriced with respect to their quality. I was able to make my own for significantly less. It takes about 1 yard of fleece or flannel which you will find will be softer and of better quality than the Graco product. A 4 inch pocket on each end and hankerchief hemming the long sides works well. Using sale fabric, I found sheets could be made for about 1/4 the cost of the manufacturer's product.
